Hi we got a request form IRCC last week to submit our valid travel documents/Passports for final approval any idea how long it will take to get landing papers after submitting the passports ?

Can someone buy house in Canada after getting their first stage approval under H&C without paying non resident tax ?

You are not a resident till you get your CoPR and land. Before that, you are a foreign national and will need to follow tax rules that apply to foreign nations.

Usually not very long. 2-3 weeks is a good estimate.
