I have an h&c prtd valid till may 2022. Planning on going back to Canada by mid December. I understand that I can apply for a pr card right after landing. However I am unsure whether to apply for a new pr card or a pr card renewal application as the latter doesn't include a section which mentions about prtd being granted under h&c. Any help would be appreciated or someone who has been in a similar situation can shed some light into this matter?
