Don’t worry,with my parents happened the same,we only received AOR for my mom but today we got the biometric and medical examen for both.

(List of family members) Means exactly that: the list of ALL family members that were included, it's just they are not individualised in the list.

Heard from an acquaintance that a friend who applied for her parents on Nov 30th got an AOR, however, they had an UCI number from a previous tourist visa denied application…Also, they are being booked for an interview..

No. They requested the medicals and biometric. Nothing about G4S. The police certificate works pretty well.
