Hi,

I got my PER.

CIO said they are sending me a postal mail.

Now its almost a month and still the postal mail is missing. How long does it usually takes?
Also do they send by normal post or any other special postal service?
 
PER-s are sent just by email
 
No the online system of CIO says they posted a letter and I am waiting for it. :(
