Hello I received my Ita today.

I got my Indian pcc done in September 2020(issue date) is it still valid for today?

secondly, that pcc was for my old passport. Do I need to get new pcc with my new passport?

If you have been residing in Canada since before the PCC was issued, you do not need a new one.

“Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
it is not for the country where you currently live
An officer may ask for a new one later on.”

In my LOE, I explained that I got a new passport.Do I need to attach passport photos for the pcc section?

Attach the biographic section of your OLD passport together with your PCC? I’m assuming you used your old passport to apply for PCC. It wouldn’t hurt, I guess?

The system doesn’t bar you from the number of pages you upload as long as it’s below 4 MB. I guess it’s for your own peace of mind? You can upload word document in front of your PCC saying that you got PCC with your old passport then after that your colored PCC and biographic page of old passport. Just my suggestion. Totally up to you.
