Hello, my address is changed and is different from my current passport. Do i have to apply for re-issuance of passport for police certificate??
Well, if the passport is less than 6 months old (5 to be safe) you can go to the PSK and they would reissue police clearance on the spot if a police verification had happened at the time of issuance. If a new police verification is required it's obviously going to require you to update your address on the passport first.
