PCC Requirements for Canada

Hi,

I am awaiting my ITA, however wanted to ask before hand if i would need a Canada PCC. I had travelled to Canada as a business visitor and stayed there was around 85 days, do i need a PCC ?

Also, if yes do i need the address of the place I stayed as I don't remember it know and I have left the co. for which I had traveled there so would the office address be okay ?

Help is much appreciated

If the total stay, including multiple trips, was less than 180 days, you do not need a PCC.

I would say if its feasible for you take the rcmp report. Though its not mandatory but CIC keep on asking upfront reports randomly and that time the candidate freaks out and also sometimes the processing gets delayed. If you can manage go ahead now and do it up front

Would it be possible if you can direct me towards any CIC document that I can show to my friend who is also awaiting his ITA and is ADAMANT that a PCC would be required ?

Rcmp is canadian PCC report mostly requested by CIC.
