I'm planning to apply as a secondary applicant for EE-2015, however my spouse would be first(primary applicant), I stayed in UK for a period of 11 months, I can get the PCC from my current location which is India,do we need a PCC for secondary applicant as well from UK, pls clarify?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18.
The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply.
If your certificate is in a language other than English or French, send it when you apply, along with the original copy of a translation done by a certified translator.
on CIC website its mentioned that you need to get PCC ready while your profile is in the pool. means we need to get it before ITA. but on the other side it says PCC validation is for 3 months. its confusing. please read and clear my confusion being invited to apply http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp

If you get ITA ...they will give u 2 month of time period to submit your papers. Moreover, if you fail to submit PPC for any reason they will send that request to your VISA office and you can submit there also. But i think 2 months are good enough time to get PCC.

in the recent past i have lived in 3 different countries Pakistan, USA and Saudi Arabia. getting PCC in 2 months would be difficult for me. that is the reason i am thinking to apply for PCC now.

If anyone has applied for PCC (from abroad) for Germany, France or UK, I would love to get a guidance. The one in UK is in English and looks okay, but I have no clue about France and Germany. Has anyone else on this forum done that (or need to do it).
This is the only time I am regretting living in different countries.
