I currently live in the USA... is it ok to apply for indian PCC through Passport Seva Kendra(PSK) or is it a must to apply through indian consulate in USA?

For PSK, you will have to be physically available. So, i think you will need to contact consulate

Better apply through PSK. There was a case of PR rejection with SSP office PCC. So apply through PSK only.

Or I have to obtain it through Indian Counsulate?

If you are outside india. It is better to get through consulate.

guys.. let me get this clear.. your PCC should have signature of the green colour.. which comes only through an IAS officer.. so either it should be Consulalet or PSK

hmmm thats how I did..

in atlanta.. filled all forms.. gave it to them, m and told them I cannot give the passport. SO they said.. ok.. we will call you when its ready and drop your passports .

In 1 week I got call for me and my wife. Went there gave them passports and same 3 o'clock got my shit

Thanks SID, but being specific do they require any specific documents except Passport and two forms (miscellaneous application form and personal particulars form)
