Hello Guys.
Need some help. In bls portal, my status of pcc application is PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate. But today I received an email saying that 'Initiation of Police verification request for Pcc'. The address that I gave for PCC is the one mentioned in my passport. However, my family does not live there anymore.
Want to know exactly what happens at this stage?
Yes, I have received it. I had to contact somewhere in Ottawa higher department. Make sure you email ottawa and toronto consulate. There are multiple emails, so email all of them.

Trying to get PCC from BLS, Brampton. I am trying to figure out if we need to send the original copy of Passport and work permit or can I send the photcopy? If someone applied recently and knows about it please let me know. Thank you in advance

Hi Everyone, First of all, Thanks! The answers here are very useful. I had a question — I am applying for Indian PCC from Toronto (Brampton branch) for my PR. In the application, under 'Employment type', I am unsure whether it refers to employment in India or in Canada. I am employed in Canada but not in India. What should I enter here? Thanks!
