Second, I am planing to send the AOR email received from Sydney NS as part of proof of requirement for CNCC. Because I don't have any letter from CHC SINGAPORE directly asking for CNCC.
Applicants currently residing in Singapore are to apply in person to CNCC Office, Police Cantonment Complex, Blk D #02-01A, 391 New Bridge Rd, Singapore 088762.
Yes to apply for CNCC you have to go in person to Cantonment Complex,
the above address in my previous post was to take the finger prints (Tampines Neighbourhood Police Centre)

You do not need to go to Tampines Neighbourhood Police Centre to
take your finger prints. Everything is done at Cantonment Police
Complex(Singapore Police HQ). You can even get a set of finger prints
done at Cantonment Police Complex for your application of other country
PCC. I did my finger prints there for my Canadian PCC application.
If you don't have an official letter fom CHC Singapore, call CNCC Cantonment
for further advice.
