PCC from India?

Hello,
I am a resident of Canada and I have applied for PCC at the consulate 3 months back. It is getting delayed, so I am just wondering if I can submit PCC from a police station in India. Please let me know if anyone has been in this situation. Thanks!

I am residing with my husband in Canada. .we are going to apply for our pr.
He is here since 3 yrs and I just came here couple of weeks ago..
So do we both need to undergo police check fom canada and india..?

And is it necessary to submit the pcc wt the pr application form?

Pls give ur valuable suggestions..and do I hv to submit my ielts original along with this?

You don't need to submit any thing from Canadian police (RCMP- it will be requested person to person later during your file process)

However, you are strongly encouraged to submit the Indian PCC with the application,,if you cant get the PCC before you send, you can later send it once you receive the AOR

And Yes, you have to submit the IELTS original
