Hi All-

I have a question regarding the PCC Miscellaneous Services form. I am currently working as a consultant in Atlanta and planning to go to the Indian Embassy for the PCC. In the form there is a field which asks about "Profession and Business Address" . What should I write in the Business Address? My employer is based off of Chicago in Illinois which is a different state and I am working at the client location which is in Atlanta.

I am really confused about the address to be used . Any suggestions would be helpful.
