I'm applying for a PCC with the Indian consulate in Atlanta. My passport was issued by the Atlanta consulate about 6 months ago.
I have changed my permanent residence in India from the one shown in my passport.
The Atlanta consulate mentions a processing time of 1 week. But since my Indian address is different from the one in my passport, would this cause a delay in the process?
The Atlanta consulate hasn't responded to emails or answered phones. If anyone has experience similar to this, or has contact information about the consulate, please share.
