PCC for my stay in UAE

Hi Guys, I was wondering if I need a PCC from UAE, where I stayed for 4 months in 2013 went on a 10 day vacation and then again stayed for 4 months before leaving the UAE for good. I see that the rules are changed for EE and now they need a PCC if at all I stayed for 6 months in a row. Please Advice.

Although it's written "in a row", they removed it in practice.
You do need a PCC from UAE.

You don't need a PCC from UAE. But it is advisable that you apply for one and submit it along with your application. In that way you will be able to avoid processing delays, (IF) in the event they do ask for one. Also, the process is fairly simple and can be done online or using the Ministry of Interior or police app.

Better get your PCC, it is very simple, and can be done online.

Thank you very much for the info guys. I currently reside in US. I did some research and found that they need my biometrics. Can you please provide me some additional guidance.

use the dubaipolice website. it is extremely easy and you will get the PCC in about 3 days.
Although you would need your Emirates ID# to apply online.

yes it does not matter which emirate you get it from. Its been mentioned on the official IRCC PCC webpage as well for PCCs from UAE
