Can i submit my application and meanwhile ill apply for pcc???

I know this pcc will take alot of time...

Not only can you, but it's your only possibility.
You can't have PCC without request letter, you'll have to wait for that.

Like I said, it's normal.
You submit application, and then they send you request letter.
They won't send it to Bahrain Embassy though! They'll send it to you, and then you take it to Embassy.

I'll send my application tomorrow without pcc and wait for the request letter from ircc to process pcc from bahrain.

Just one more thing, do they process the request letter soon after they received application or at the pcc stage. Can u estimate approximate time to get the request letter after submission.

From what I hear, they send the request as soon as they start completeness check.
That should be anywhere between 15-30 days after AOR.

A lot of insight here!

I haven't been asked to upload my PCC because by the time it will be 4 months
of me staying in India, I will submit my application

But I am going to stay in India till my PR is processed...not planning to go to Canada before that
so it'll definitely be above 6 months that I'm here
Would you guys recommend I still get my PCC? I don't have any placeholder right now on my application
But im guessing the officer will request it later right?
