PCC Cover Letter - Sample?

I will be sending my PCC and my T4 for 2013 soon and I would like your input on the below cover letter...

Sub: Enclosing Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and T4 for the year 2013.

Dear Officer,

My name is *** and I am an applicant for Permanent Residence of Canada, Canadian Experience Class (Application No: ***). I was unable to submit my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) with my application package because of the delay in getting my PCC.

I would like to submit my original Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and a copy of T4 for the year of 2013. The documents said above are enclosed with the letter in the same envelope.

I kindly request you attach the document to my file package and kindly requesting to consider the document while processing my application for Permanent Residence.

Why don't you wait for the NOA and send together? Based on the date of your AOR, it would take some time to transfer your file to Ottawa anyway.

I will also suggest the same thing. Send every thing in one shot.

and to add on, also submit your T4's you won;t get your 2013 NOA if you haven't filed your taxes

I have taken up everyone's advice and decided to wait and send all the documents at once..

Yesterday I files my taxes and now waiting for NOA, once I have it, I will submit PCC, T4, NOA 2013

What will be the best time to apply for GCMS and do upfront medical.. Im a DEC applicant..

Apply for GCMS Notes two-three weeks after your application status changes to " In Process", and after you receive your GCMS if your eligibility has passed then go for upfront medical. That's what I have planned to do.

I think one signed by PA is ok. No need to send 2 letters.

- PCC entry in passport (Self, Wife).
