How To Pay RPRF Fee TO LVO

Hi All,

I am the applicant of FSW1 Apr 2012 and I received an email from LVO just after my interview - instructing me to submit my Medical Reports and the pay the RPRF.
My medical is received by CIC. If I pay my RPRF fee by online, so how CIC know that I paid them. It will generate a receipt which should I submitted to high commission or any other way?

Better to pay by means of a Demand Draft.
