Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding filling the payment form, I have enclosed a demand draft along with the payment form, but there are fields of Name of the payer ( in case it is different from the main applicant) also address of the payer in case if dfferent from the main applicant) , as the demand draft is by the name of the bank and my name is not inculded in it at all ( only the reciever general for canada) , HSBC bank , so i left both fields blank. is thats the way it should be or i should have wriiten the name of the bank ?
