Mistake in FSWP-2013 fee payment form

Hello everyone,

I have made a mistake in the fee payment form.
My payment method was DD. But in the from under the column "Name of Payer (if different from principal applicant)" i have mentioned Bank name & under "Address of payer" i have mentioned bank address (from which i have taken DD).

Is it a major mistake? Will my application be returned for this mistake?
