3. wait for it to say "call will be transferred ..." and then hit 1 or any # on the phone

PP Received Dec 15. Just phoned the CIC hotline. Answer was my PP is still in the [printing room] and waiting for processing. Very hard to visualize a room full of passports which are not being processed for weeks...

anyone have sent an email to change the passport office from canada to india to get the passport stamped.
i have sent an email last week to cpc ottawa and they did not reply yet
does anyone know how long it takes?
or

PP Received Dec 15. Just phoned the CIC hotline. Answer was my PP is still in the [printing room] and waiting for processing. Very hard to visualize a room full of passports which are not being processed for weeks...

Hi, do they tell you your application approved or not?
My passport delivered on Dec 13, I called last Thursday, that agent told me my PP and COPR send to pringting room since Dec 28, she said my appllication has been approved, even my cic account still showing in process.
I will travel out of country soon, kinda worried about this

They received my Passport on Dec 14 but not any update, no tracking # update yet.

PP sent : 09-Jan-18
PP received by CIC : 10-Jan-18
So it seems like approximately 1 month wait?
