Yes I sent it to the PO Box address on 8th Sep (Thursday) and it was delivered on 12th Sep (Monday). I could see the delivery details and signature of recipient.
You will only see a signature if it was sent XpressPost, not if it was sent by regular mail

I have sent my passport on 28th Sept. Expected delivery is 30th sept.

I see that Canada post tracking number says the passport has been reached. What next ? My BG still shows in progress ?

If you are willing to land in-city, call CIC today and ask them to contact your city office to make an appointment for you. They should have all the information they need after the case been approved.

My parents PR has been approved but tracker not activated yet. What is the best number to contact CIC to book landing appointment within City? I have never contacted them before via phone.
