Congrats to those who got their PP back with visa and COPR..

My return tracker is not activated yet and it's been 3 days since Ottawa received my PP.
Hope it's not too long of a wait cause I want to be with my son

Hello guys,

I sent my passport on 16th Nov. 2015

Still out for delivery status on Canada Post website.

I called them , agent told me that Canadapost is a bulk mail receiver and the mail man has delivered to CIC mail room.

I have no clue why we paid for xpress post where we have no where abouts of our passports.

Is it normal ?? those who are saying its been delivered how they are confirming , is sent tracker showing delivered or out for delivery ?

Hey Ahmed,

It was out for delivery on November 18th, right? If so, then don't worry.. I am in the same situation as you, along with 2 or 3 other users here on this forum. Apparently the guy who was delivering our mail that day didn't scan anything there!!

I actually asked Canadapost for a refund for the money I paid and they said they will send me a cheque to refund the 40$ I paid for priority mail.

Keep us posted if you see any updates in your file (MyCIC application update or return tracker activation)

Passport Received - Nov 18 (Out for delivery but I will count it as received based from what I heard from Canadapost !!!!!!)

dude express post should give a name and signature who took the delivery!!

in my case someone named MR BOREAT took the delivery...

for me it says MR ORGEAT

You right,we supposed to have signature but for some reason the agent who delivery our envelopes make mistakes...ones we have our status updated approved&closed that means they have our passports....anyway i'm still waiting for my tracker return to be activated....i read in same thread somebody got his passport back and his return tracker was never activated ....so we never know....and it's so frustrating... :-\ :-\
