My review of additional documents is still " we need more documents" tho.
Just give it a little more time and it will be updated and approved.

When your status changes to "approved" in your MyCIC profile, you will see the details of your visa on your profile. The visa validity is when your medical expires. Mine expires in April 2018.

A quick question? After PPR and passport was sent for stamping,

What other documents are expected to accompany the stamped passport from the Visa office?
kindly help clarify.

2 copies of confirmation of permanent resident, your stamped passport and 1 of the passport photo you submitted. The other one is pasted on 1 of the confirmation of permanent resident. There is a letter also. It's more like a guide on some things.

No idea. I haven't traveled yet. Been looking at the pre-arrival services hoping to get an inroad into the Ontario job market. No accommodation yet. I'm traveling in March. I'll let you know if I get something.

I am happy to report that my application is now showing "approved" as at yesterday
However, I am yet to get the pick up mail from AVO. Just as you described earlier.

My passport was delivered to Accra on 9th Nov and there has been no update since then. I sent my passport with a prepaid DHL label so hopefully I don't have to wait for PUM afterwards.

Accra just be making someone change their plans upandan

Congratulations @infinix, I wish you all the best in Canada. Its been 31 days since my PP has been with AVO. I am yet to get my PUM but my status on MyCIC has been updated to approved and I can see my visa counterfoil. I believe my PUM will come in by God's grace. I must commend you for being so helpful with credible information. I wish you all this best in Canada and appeal to you and other members to pls stay in touch on this platform or inform members about other platforms for PR immigrants. Goodluck to Us !
