only those applicants are sending through vfs whom lvo has specifically asked to do so........we were just told to submit......many of us even used fedex and dhl to submit. but the return is via tcs only till yet. lets see.
Bhai check the sender.......from 23015322698 the sender is changed from CHC to CHL.........I think CHL is not Canadian high commission because they abbreviate it as CHC........CHL is some other party or company.......any confirmation on CHL?

They actually switched from TCS and other methods to vfs very recently. I got two different PPR2s and the second request said it in bold words that they have recently changed to vfs and no other service should be used. As time goes on, TCS numbers will go down to zero. My guess is that they probably were having delays or other problems with TCS, or maybe just that vfs gave them a better price.

ok so from now onwards the people will send their pp thru vfs........but what about return? chc still returning passports via tcs........are they switching to vfs for returns also?

I cannot search any more chc numbers in tcs.........I think they have selected vfs for return deliveries.......does any other person verifies it?......I have started to search from 23015322731.........till I have searched 23015330500......but there are no more senders from chc or chl.
all those who sent their passports in January.........how many of you got back? especially those who sent between January 5 and January 20??????? anyone?
