i called them last Friday they told they will dispatch either Friday or Monday
But till now nothing happened

called them last week, she said maybe 24th or 25th but she can't guarantee

it seems pples application got approved after they mailed their passport. my application showed approved when i received passport request. my spouse applied on the 11th and just got his passport request

Same here. But the "approved" they mean is the general status ofnyour application. Currently is should be "submitted".
Got mail from CPC OTTAWA that they returned my passport on 23 October and please track it using Canada Post
