Hello guys, allow me to share my case and timeline here below.

My case:
PR stamps for my family was issued on 22nd Dec'18, because we were blessed with baby in March'19, I requested CIC to add baby on my application, hence, they requested related documentation and whole family's passports' again to re-stamp.

Revised PPR Recd.- 24th April 19
Passports sent- 10-05-19
Passport received at AUH Embassy- 12-05-19 (Morning @ 9AM)
Resident- Dubai, UAE.
Courier Service - ARAMEX...

No reply as of today.....

Today, I sent an email to LDN Visa Office to track and follow up.....

Abu Dhabi Embassy is extremely busy at the moment they wouldn’t reply even I raised webform 2 times and they are taking more time than usual. Like 30 working days as per current trend

We have submitted our passports through aramex on April 30 and AD received them on May 1st It has been 30 days now.

We have sent three emails, submitted two enquiries and did not receive any update yet.

Our medicals expire on July 5 and we need our passports to renew our local residencies too.

Any advices?

You are almost there wait for one more week and you will get it your passports back. They are taking time 30 working days and will not respond to any query if you are within timeline

An update on my application! I opted to randomly check my account online earlier today on the cic website and it was updated but didn’t receive any email notification about it though..

PPR - 13/05/2019
Passport Submitted - 16/05/2019
Passport Received at Abu Dhabi Embassy - 19/05/2019
Resident - UAE (Dubai)
Courier Service - VFS Dubai
Approved Status online account - 01/06/2019

Have not received any update from VFS yet though that passport is out in transit… based on what i’ve read once the status change the passport should be returned not long following the same right?

We have been waiting for 35 days now and we still didn’t get our passports.

We sent them two emails and submitted two enquires. We got a reply last week that we will be notified once/if they receive an update on our request.

Its the Eid holidays now and we urgently need our passports.

Should we send them another email or submit another enquiry?

Wait for one more week after eid holidays then send the a case specific inquiry webform. Also keep checking your airway bill tracking number via Aramex... what mesg you received from Aramex when they delivered your passports ??

Did you receive any update on your case? I submitted my passport on 18th April and i am still waiting for an update. The delay here is crazy as for me it's almost going to be 2 months since submission.

We received them yesterday, they took around 45 days. You should receive them soon hopefully. Try to call them, and submit an online enquiry, this might help.
