passport submission request

hi
i got request from chc new delhi to submit my origional passport + police certificates & landing fee. which my wife already submitted at missisauga office with the file.

now i am going to post my passport. should i write them about police certificates and fee that we already submitted or should i attach them a photocopy of these documents as well along with the passport.
or only passport is fine.
