Passport submission for wife

I am an inland applicant with spouse back in India. I got my PPR on July 18 and submitted my passport on 19th July 2019. I was just wondering how my wife can submit her passport in India. I called CIC but they told me to wait for another email. Can anyone help me with the correct procedure.

How can you be an inland applicant if your wife is in India. Is the spousal sponsorship?

I have applied for my express entry and got my passport request on Feb 18. I have submitted my passport the very next day but my wife back in india have not got any request for her passport request ( Applied together for PR). I called CIC for the confirmation, they told me to wait until i get my COPR. I was just wondering how she can submit her passport in India?

same condition here.. no passport request mail recieved for spouse. sent lot of mails... no reply

u need to wait a month after getting ur copr
