How to Send Passport for PR Stamping from Outside of Canada to CIC

I need some help. I am indian national. I married a russian citizen and have submitted my application for PR. When i will get COPR, will it be no problem to submit her russian passport in vfs with valid indian travel visa?

I've done it. Write to your home VO to request to have your visa stamped in the country you're currently in. Attach their reply when you send it for stamping.

Did you receive an alternative from CIC, I am also in the same situation. I am in Canada and my Wife is in India, I have sent a mail to CIC and waiting for their direction.
