Passport stamping delay from Delhi immigration office

Submitted to VFS New Delhi Feb 11. Since Feb 12 it is stuck with IRCC new delhi.
I also tried reaching to Delhi immigration email of Canada except for auto reply nothing else

Seems I am in the same boat as you, except I submitted to VFS on the same day as PPR: Feb 12
Passport delivered at NDVO: Feb 14
Since then, no news. 15 working days have elapsed for me since passport was under process at NDVO.

I have submitted passport on Feb 14th @ Chennai. It reached Delhi IRCC office on Feb 18th. On 9th March(today) it has been dispatched from IRCC and Delhi VAC to Chennai VAC.
