Can a dependent under family class can land anywhere irrepective of his/her 'destination city' or it is mandatory to land there only?

I called them once in between and the agent told the standard time for this process is 4 weeks.

What time did you return tracker activate? I have same time line and called to know that PP is sent for printing- but no update of return tracker activation

i called them today and they said htey have not logged if passport has been recieved however if the courier service says delivered its fine and ask them to give 2 weeks fir any update..

I called IRCC today they said they have printed my COPR and visa and now its another waiting game for my application approved on GCkeys and the return tracker to be activated.

He also congratulated me. It’s actually pretty heartwarming haha.
