We sent my husband’s passport to Ottawa and it was received April 23. It was the 365 Laurier Ave West address. It was an Outland spousal sponsorship app but he’s in Canada now. GC Key hasn’t updated and the tracking number hasn’t been activated.

How long does it usually take?

same ...mine delivered on 23rd. not sure. anytime. maybe.

For me, Its the same address they asked to sent the passports if the mailing address is in canada:

It took my friend 7 full business days in December to get hers back. I hope it’s this week. Good luck!!

i spoke with one of my budd. He said it took him 26 days. it was in sep 2018. and other friend said took him 11 days.

so,yeah....we just need to wait...........processing timelines are different for everyone....even after getting PPR.....

is anyone got any update yet, PP ottawa delivery was on 23rd april. i saw bunch of people sent PP after and they got it already. it been 10 days since PP delivered at :

I called them on April 26 and was told to just keep waiting. Good thing I don't need my passport soon but still kinda worry it is taking the so long. I am not sure how they sort which one to process first.

I call this number: 1 888 242 2100
If you are outside Canada right now, you can call 1 613 944 4000 then use extension 1 1 1 to transfer to the number above. They are both the same, then listen to their direction to input your application. Then you have to wait 30-45 mins to speak to the agent.

From what I can tell speaking to the agent, they don't recommend calling if your passport was received less than 2 weeks ago. Since it is not urgent enough they will just tell you to keep waiting lol.
