I didn't call anymore because they already sent us an email asking for my husband's return envelope. We just paid for the shipping label and his passport will be received after 1-3 days since we opted for 'priority'. Thank you!

my application was approved on 4th April as per voice command.
but my return tracker is still not activated.
should i call them or wait for few more days?

Ppr April 2nd
Passport sent on April 2nd
Passport recieved on April 3rd
Application approved on April 9
Currently waiting for the return copr, but I forgot to write the tracking number
I hope I get an appointment or I will be able to get one... crossing the US border really scare me and it is 6 hours drive.

according to the visa office, they put the passport in the delivery bin on Monday
According to Canada post, it will take 2 business days from the time they put it on the bin for tracker update.
After the tracker update, it will take 1 business day to receive the passport

Canada post did not scanned my package once CiC posted in Ottawa, so my tracking was not activated. 2 days later there was an update saying passports have arrived in Winnipeg! Than I’ve received them the day after.
