I called the IRCC number but during the self serve options i found out that the status of my application was approved. My GCkey not yet updated and my return tracker envelop is not yet activated.

I think you should wait. A rep told me on Monday that if you did not get an email reminding you to send the passport it means they have it and it might be that the officer has not updated the system. Sometimes they might not even update until they have sent the COPR back to you. Hang in there

This is a million dollar worth question. Some will get the Approved within 4 days of passport receipt, and some within 12 days. Why and how? As random as the PR processing time. But hopefully, you are due soon as I started seeing lots of the Feb 20th folks getting approved yesterday.

I would advise to avoid Niagara, due to working hours/number of applications etc.
