Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

I think you should call IRCC and ask for the confirmation of receipt of passport. If they have it, they will have it in the system.

Thanks, I just tried. I didnt get through, but the status the automated message read out to me said it is still not approved. I will keep trying.
Dont see why they wouldnt have received it, where the post office status showed received and signed for.

Even for me, it showed as signed and delivered but IRCC told me that they received it on 20th Feb! It was delivered on 11th Feb.

That is why it is important to check with IRCC if they have received it because SCI is a third party.

Try emailing them. They usually respond within 2 days.

I am BC Provincial nominee. paper based. received my PPR 31st of January, sent passport 21st of February (was out of Canada for a while).
My nomination was based on my current work.
I really really need to quit the job ( can't do it for physical reasons, my body crashed/tired with heavy physical job). I know its better to wait approval and COPR and landing - it will take more only 3-4 weeks. But for me these 3 weeks are like in the hell.

Question: is it risky to lost the job right before landing? what will happen if officer on landing will ask where I am working and I answer - nowhere now???

Its beyond estimated date which was yesterday, what shoud i do to confirm that passport is safe or recived in ottawa.
Canada post said they will let me know in 5 days whats going on.,

Can't you call in sick? that way you will be on paid or unpaid sick leave, and quit once you land.

I honestly dont think you need to be working at the time of landing. I would not worry, even if you end up quitting. You can filter the forum and see what questions are asked during landing.

And the tracking shows still
In transit. I called canada post while there no update on my mail. And they said they will contact me march 5


I am so worried with out passports

Our passport supposed to be delivered yesterday based on their tracking and yet today no update and still in transit.

I'm so worried.

when i called them they said they received it on Feb 19,2019 and they said processing time is 2 weeks and if i donot get by March 5,2019 they said to contact them.

I am very worried as my last date is July 11,2019 and i need to get my family from back home so i want to go after taking PR Card.

reach to Ottawa Feb 18
Since then showing "Out for Delivery" but i called to Canada post and asked about my passport status and they told its been delivered on 18 Feb to mail room which is PO BOX 8781 CPC OTTAWA PR, because when going to a large volume receiver there wont be a delivered scan because large quantities of mail get delivered at the same time as they come in a big bin.

So our passports are with IRCC and it might take long to put an entry in their system. once they will put the entry it will update in cic account.

Congrats. My passport got delivered on the same day (11 Feb) but return tracker has not yet activated. Where did found out the APPROVED message?
