DId you contact IRCC regarding the receipt of the passport? I guess not only do they differentiate between visa exempt or visa required, but also based on the class applied under. For example, FSW, CEC etc.

they said mine was printed on Monday and it was approved on 12th. but they are not posting it back

And it was approved on feb 18
But I received the email on feb 19

i have not called them but they are not replying properly thats why not called.

Btw; is that normal that my return envelope got activated when I bought it? It shows that it was picked up at the office where I bought it which is obviously impossible. Will I get another scan when it’s picked up?
