Ok. The agent could not see any such note on my file.

so canada post tracking showed you that it was delivered and signed for? as 14th feb was delivered for me and i called on friday 15th the agent said he couldn't see anything so i should call this week.

Yes. Signed by SCI on 11th Feb. I called IRCC today and they said that he cannot see any such note in the system. The company is not even taking any calls.

Umm.. because it's a passport so it will be a serious issue for them. See what you can do about this.

I believe it won't be the case. Maybe they just haven't sent your one yet and is in queue.
