Mine was also delivered Feb 6, no update yet... Have you received an email or checked GC account?
At least there is some hope for me.
I called CIC today and she told me it may takr up to 3 weeks to send CoPR.

I didn't receive any email. But account shows "Update/Approved" and said a final decision has been made.
