Yes, it was delivered on 5th feb and approved on 7th feb. Return tracker has not been activated yet.

I guess our passports are still waiting to be stamped as we aren't from visa exempt country.

Its already stamped, if your application got approved that means its stamped. I already got the visa on my passport they are taking time to dispatch it

no, when you see your GCkey changes to approved, that means they've printed your COPR, then for those who aren't from visa exempt countries, our passports get placed in queue for stamping in the printing room. And for those who are from visa exempt countries, they don't need this procedure, that's why they get their return envelop back faster than us.
