Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

I called CIC today and they told me there are no notes on the file yet regarding approval/receipt of documents. They were delivered on 27 June. Should I be worried?

Did you call CIC today and ask for status if they have your passport received notes on your file? I think 2 weeks is over yesterday since your passport was delivered.

Yes they said no receipt and I should wait longer .. not sure why it’s taking this long for them to send the passports back

Apparently the officer said they have 4 weeks to process this stage.

Mine was approved on July 8th. Still haven't seen the return tracking being activated. All they have to do is to put everything in the return envelope!

only thing i think, thye do visa stamping and issue COPR separately.. yet i waited a week for it to come back... everyone on same boat... lucky that we got it almost done.

My application approved today, I didn't received any email for updates. I logged in and checked as I do daily.
Document status Counterfoil with Expiry Date 2020/03/31.
I hope they will courier by Friday EOD. Wish you all the best
