So I do have a tracking number from my consultant with the format you mentioned above. But when I track it on Canada Post's website, it said "we are not able to find any results",so this means "Not activated", right? My passport was delivered on Dec 30, 2015 and I guess CIC has not even started looking at it lol. So meanwhile I just type in my tracking number, if the message changes from "we are not able to find any results" to something else, that means the tracker is activated, correct? Which also mean I will receive my passport soon?

that is weird, nothing in Montreal, unless Canada post screwed up something

Hi , I got my passport back today with visa. For some reason, canada post tracking showed it came from montreal but actually it came from ottawa. anyway, i am going for the next step, landing, what documents i need other than copr, passport and driving license?

take all your past Work permits, visitor permits, any kind of documents which indicated your status in Canada, that is all they need
just in case you can take a proof of address, any bill or statement that came to you via mail.

Hello, may i ask you which letter? is it a phone or any other bill? I have driving license with my old address but it is updated on my vehicle insurance. I have applied to get new driving license with my updated address. Can I show them insurance or should i wait for new driving license to come (it will take 10 days)? I dont have any other bill on my name. please advise
