I SENT MY PASSPORT TOT CPC on THE 29TH OF OCTOBER AND IT REACHED THE 30TH.

I LIVE IN MONTREAL AND THE TRACKER IS NOT YET ACTIVATED

WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG?
