Passport return timeline: sent from US to Ottawa for Visitors visa approval

I applied for visitor visa and it got approved and requested me to send the passport. So I sent my passport to CPC Ottawa from US with return shipment envelope (UPS) on 02/02. On IRCC website, the status updated on 02/24 as application approved and issued counterfoil Document details. Since then I am waiting for the passport to sent back from CPC Ottawa .
Not sure what was the cause of delay. Couldn’t able to call them also . Any inputs on how much time it takes to get the passport from them after visa approval??
