If anyone received their Passports back stamped from the NY Consulate recently could you please share the timelines.

I have an extremely important visit planned about 3 weeks from the date they received my passport . I thought that would be ample time since the decision has already been made but some of the posts are getting me worried. I would appreciate any feedback on this.
 
I have been waiting since they received my passport on the 15th. Going to be 10 business days by Friday. Frustrating. At least I am in no hurry.
 
I am still waiting since they received my passport at Mar 10th.
Got back at Mar 27th. (First-class mail round-way)
