Passport Return from Immigration

Hi There,
I am new at this and just want to find at ease remarks.
My wife (from Belize) got a an e-mail from Immigration asking her to send the Passports to guatemala, two weeks later i got an e-mail in Canada saying that Passports and all the documents are being sent via DHL - airway bill back to Belize.
I am excited yet nervous, because this is my first time and don't know what to think of the decision. Any experience landed immigrants that could help at ease on this, would be much appreciated.

Hopefully You will get the passport with visa stamp within 1 or 2 weeks..
