Passport requested but never picked up from the postal office

Hey guys

I got the passport request, to finalize the PR process. I sent the passport a week ago, but it never got picked up from the postal office and i only have 30 days before the passport request expires! did this happen to any of you ? Any advise ?? Any help will be appreciated!

Call the call center and ask about the status. some times they miss scanning the shipment.
Call to CIC also and ask about any updates

I would call CIC and Canada post both ... you do not want to miss the 30 days deadline. did you get tracking number and signature? make sure you sort this out quickly and best of luck

I did sent express, as they require with signature and tracking number.

then start calling both cic and Canada post.. or ask cic agent on what you should or who to contact.

most likely, Canada Post missed a scan. But check with both -
