I got the passport request and i send my passport via express mail on the 16th of November. It was supposed to arrive on the 18th but its the 21st of November and its still not Delivered!!! did anyone have this problem before ??
Are you sure you write correct address? If correct, will see on Monday. If it not arrived you should contact Canada post as soon as possible.

It is very common for Canada Post to miss a delivery scan. Chances are very good that it HAS been delivered, so try to relax. But the only way to know for sure is to contact CIC. Send a CSE -
