Passport Request

Hello everyone. I have my permanent residence and approximately 8 months ago I applied for a RTD. Still now I haven’t received it. I called the office several times wrote multiple webforms and I get the only response that is we are working on it. Now my passport was seized in montreal and I no longer live in montreal and have moved to a different province. Now should I request my passport from the montreal office or the cbsa office where I live in?

From the CBSA office where you live.Take your PR they will check if they have your file if not they will request to transfer the file to their office and will let you as soon as they have your passport.
