Will we get issued a BVL from the VFS itself upon completion of biometric? If yes, would it be provided on the same day of the biometric submission itself?
You applied for the Visa from India? If so, I think you would have to send the passport here in India itself whenever you receive the courier instruction.

Posting your passport outside India , when you are currently in India is a criminal offense and can lead to persecution.
Please read the rules else after getting your visa the custom officers will question as to how it is stamped in Dubai if u were in India.

Biometrics can be done anywhere as the request letter suggested. Your passport will be only requested in your residence country which you selected while applying. Don’t worry about it.

@P@1n and @rijol - both these statements are contradicting. I think I agree with P@1n since it only makes sense to request the passport in the country of residence of applicant.
Rijol - As per the screenshot provided, I guess the medicals and everything else for this applicant was submitted in NY itself, hence got the courier request to send it there and not in India.
